Produced in two versions: Standard and Version S (for the high production).
It allows a rapid and economical washing and gumming of the plate after printing, assuring a perfect storage.
Completely automatized with adjustable speed.
Leader can wash the plates with 90° bending (upon request).
The machine will start its process automatically as soon as the plate is inserted in the entrance.
The first washing section has two brushes in the standard version, and four brushes in the version S.
In the second section the plate is washed and brushed with warm water (water heated with the external recirculation system). Once the washing process is finished, the plate is gummed and dried.
Equipped with a PLC control panel with touch screen, that can be connected to the company’s ethernet (Industry 4.0 – optional).
